SWAGG is an app that lets you give gifts on your phone, get thousands of great offers that travel with you and enter all your loyalty and membership cards into your smart phone. It will be YOUR job to show SWAGG off.
You will work with a team attending events, working in nightlife situations and wherever else people have a need for SWAGG. This is a YEAR-ROUND promotion already underway. Yes, that's right... a steady paycheck every two weeks!

Here's a brief job description for the team member position:In this position you will be approaching strangers on every shift to tell them about Swagg. The first thing you will do is enthusiastically approach them to "break the ice." Once you start having a conversation you will demonstrate the three functions of Swagg, using a smart phone to show consumers how it is relevant to their life style. Engage them by highlighting the thousands of offers on your phone, the ability to store your gift and rewards cards and send digital gifts. Success is achieved when they download Swagg.
You will be working both indoor and out playing fun games with consumers, attending the hottest events in town and handing out premiums to those who download the application. Using social media, you will promote/advertise these upcoming events.
As a representative of the Swagg team you will always be the happiest, most energetic person in the room and people will feed off of this positivity. Be aware that you are the image and brand that is "Swagg." Without a doubt you are on time and ready to work (game face!) 100% of the time. You are completely knowledgeable about Swagg and all of its features and functionalities.
You will always be encouraged to supply ideas about where and how we run our shifts. Your input is invaluable. As a company we adjust on the fly and like it if you do too. At the end of each shift you will use our proprietary online tool to tell us how you did.
