Here's a brief job description for the team member position:

Engage them by highlighting the thousands of offers on your phone, the ability to store your gift and rewards cards and send digital gifts. Success is achieved when they download Swagg.

You will be working both indoor and out playing fun games with consumers, attending the hottest events in town and handing out premiums to those who download the application. Using social media, you will promote/advertise these upcoming events.

As a representative of the Swagg team you will always be the happiest, most energetic person in the room and people will feed off of this positivity. Be aware that you are the image and brand that is "Swagg." Without a doubt you are on time and ready to work (game face!) 100% of the time. Think you have a walk perfect for the runway? Drop by a model casting for the Model for a Day contest at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 26, (registration opens at 3 p.m.) as part of the Simon Fashion Now event, at the Domain II near American Eagle Outfitters (11010 Domain Drive).

Twenty teenagers and adults in their 20s (contestants must be older than age 13) will be selected by judges, including this writer, to wear teen-oriented selections from retailers Forever 21, Southern Thread, Aeropostale and others for an April 8 event at the North Austin shopping center.

The Simon Fashion Now event will be April 8 and 9 at the Domain.

Spartan Race

We are seeking Female Brand Ambassadors, Female Models and extremely fit, muscular Male Models to promote the SPARTAN RACE at the Rocky Hill Ranch in SMITHVILLE, TX, Saturday, March 26.

Brand Ambassadors will be greeting racers as they cross the finish line.
Female Models will be working in the VIP section; taking photos with the racers and spectators. Must be comfortable helping with publicity for the event.
Male Models will act as GLADIATORS for the event. Must be willing to wear a gladiator costume and "act" the part.

PAY RATES:
Brand Ambassadors - $18/hour
Female and Male Models: $25/hour

We are going to have a mobile barbershop, for men to get their hair-cut. You will be engaged in consumer interaction in and around the mobile barbershop. You will have a interaction with the consumers in which you will distribute a sampling bag filled with hair product and Samples/coupons. You will be driving traffic to the mobile barbershop, taking pictures with consumers and exit sampling after the men get their hair cut.

RATE: $40/hr

WARDROBE: You will be provided a branded t-shirt (for outdoor events-we will have long sleeved shirts and hoodies available). Must wear their own jeans and black heels.


PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
